SALSA

Earlier this afternoon, my wonderful boyfriend and I made some Mexican restaurant style salsa. Or well, or version of it. It's super yummy! I don't have any photos of the process, but here's the recipe:

1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
4 TBS minced jalapeno slices (from the jar)
2TBS jalapeno juice (from the jar)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 C finely chopped onion
4 TBS fresh minced cilantro
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix it well in a blender, let sit for 30 minutes and you're ready to have some of the best salsa you will ever have.

We also bought some new hair cutting shears while we were out and I'm dying to try them out! I hope all is well.
